On our doorsteps is the Mendips - an ancient range of hills designated as an AONB and recognised as one of Englands most attractive landscapes. Carnival
Throughout October and November, the Somerset Carnivals enlighten many towns. These processions of illuminated floats are part of an ancient tradition dating back to the 1600's.
