With 5 individual conference rooms all with natural daylight, the Best Western Swan Hotel is the ideal venue to hold meetings for upto 120 delegates.
The largest room, the Oak Room has a break out area and its own bar facility. The Garden Room adjoins the Oak Room and provides direct access onto the unique walled garden.
Three further conference rooms are located in our dedicated conference centre which boasts a separate organisers office and air conditioning.
To ensure the smooth running of your meeting, we have a selection of audio visual equipment available, including an LCD Projector. WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel.
